School Maintenance

Creates a new campaign for every active school and keeps the prior campaign for reporting. Product selections, school share, and ordering dates are copied forward. Ordering dates move forward by the same number of years. Existing orders are never moved or changed.

This removes completed/picked-up items from the Completed tab by changing them to a cleared status. It does not delete orders, customers, sales, report totals, or print files.
